Our Story

Founded with the purpose of creating a more just and equitable world, our name reflects the way we approach our work with clients across strategic planning, facilitation, impact, and all other projects. Literally translated as "the way of the forest," the name together draws upon the movement and flow of the Spanish word "via," alongside the interactions and connections in our world's most vibrant ecosystem, the forest or "bosque."

Our team works collaboratively across disciplines, providing facilitation, strategic planning, executive coaching, network and systems design, organizational capacity building, policy research, data analysis, public affairs, and evaluation design.

We work alongside communities and organizations to create ecosystems where individuals and teams use tools, frameworks, and strategies to create agency among all stakeholders and to deliver meaningful results for key constituencies.

These spaces require collaboration, accountability, and flexibility; and are most successful when leveraging the knowledge of lived and learned experts, designing participatory and inclusive processes, and identifying measurable and just goals.
